Hi, my name is Nicol Silva, Program Manager at the California Farmworker Foundation. My responsibilities include overseeing the Nueva Generation Program – an educational program that offers scholarship and internship opportunities for children of farmworkers. Nicol enjoys being able to provide direct support to farmworkers and their families. Furthermore, being able to elevate the next-generation talent. She is born and raised from Kern County and is currently attending courses at the local college.
