Who We Are

The California Farmworkers Foundation (CFF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that fosters growth in its members by offering innovative programs and services to them. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for California’s essential farmworkers by evaluating data and giving a voice to the needs within the community. We provide concrete solutions for many community-wide issues such as housing crises, food insecurity and healthcare. CFF takes pride in providing free educational programs to our communities with no financial obligation to benefit from our services.

The journey to build an organization that provides direct services to farmworkers has been about the individuals who the foundation has been able to help

Our Story

Our story begins in Delano, CA, where our founder Joe Garcia, decided to create a non-profit organization that would not only give back to Farmworkers in California, but would also empower Farmworkers to have a voice in their communities. In late 2016, Mr. Garcia’s dream came true, and the California Farmworker Foundation was officially established. Today, CFF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit well known for its innovative programs and services for farmworkers in California.
