CFF remains committed to helping farmworkers, their families, and individuals who are seeking information and support, in the hopes to live a safe and healthy future.
The CIAM is a specialized call center that provides 24-hour assistance with a human, professional, and timely response to the needs of Mexican nationals who seek its support.
It serves as a resource to address specific needs of the Mexican community in the United States and Canada, such as helping you locate family members, informing you about events and activities near your Consulate, and providing guidance if you have been a victim of abuse or fraud, among other services.
All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution.
The ILRC’s Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when ICE agents go to a home.
The artwork for printing your own cards is available at the bottom of this page. These are formatted as standard 3.5” by 2” business cards. Any print or copy shop should be able to work from these files. Translated versions are designed to support monolingual immigrants translate their rights with immigration officers. We strongly recommend printing these with rounded corners and a coated finish for durability. You can also print them on your own personal printer.
The Caregiver Authorization Affidavit For is an official document recognized by California, which acknowledges that adults residing with minors are considered “caregivers” who often wish to take on responsibilities related to the minor’s education and well-being.
This document serves as a valuable resource for families during these uncertain and challenging times.
We recently had the privilege of filming a video featuring our California Secretary of Agriculture, Karen Ross, in support of our farmworker communities and the initiatives that CFF is implementing to educate and inform workers during this period of uncertainty.
